Brent Karlicek, known as “BK” among the Postino family, is their Beverage Director and Advanced Sommelier that’s behind every wine that’s poured at Postino. He tastes around 2,500 wines per year, works with over 85 wine producers across the globe, collaborates with boutique wineries on custom blends – all in pursuit of delivering the most dynamic wines to their tables.
Executive chef Gabriel de Sa and chef de cuisine Simon Laredo have a four-course prix fixe menu that focuses on a rotating selection of pasta dishes and galeto al primo canto, a traditional Brazilian dish prepared with a young chicken that is spatchcocked, marinated for hours and then grilled at their restaurant. Casa Pollastro is offering an amazing four course tasting for guests. They make all their bread and pasta in-house fresh every day. Their food represents a way of bringing people together to create memories.
These brothers faced many hardships throughout the years, but nothing ever drove them away from sticking to what they love to express their passion, which is what Anaya’s Seafood stands by.
