Chef Chris McCombs during his culinary education, was employed by one of the most prestigious resorts in the nation, the Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Phoenician facilitated Christopher with a plethora of experiences, ranging from banquet cuisine to French and southwest fine dining, from garde manger to pastries. Upon completion of culinary school, Chef Chris was recruited out of school to work as a Sous chef at Patrizio located in Plano and Highland Park. Chef Chris was also a part of the opening team for the Westin Stonebriar in Frisco, Texas, working as the banquet sous chef. He was also employed as a Sous chef at Zale Lipshy University Hospital when it won the Silver Lily award for Institutional cooking. Chef Chris returned to his roots and successfully ran a catering business for 5 years. Following his dream, he went on to teach at the celebrated Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts-Dallas where he inspired, taught and developed the talents of young Chefs for the last 4 years. Recently he went back full time to run his catering company Prestigious Palette where his skills and talent are pleasing the corporate and private sector of Dallas and Ft Worth.
